Where can you purchase caliper rebuild kits for a 360?

I'm sure Brembo do rebuild kits.
Basically just pop new seals in so long as there is no corrosion in the bores.
Unless they are leaking I would say get them powder coated and re-install them. They should be fine.

You would need 4 38 mm seals and 4 42 mm seals and from Ricambi, about $850. Check back with Brembo and see if they will not sell you generic 42 mm and 38 mm seals if you really want to reseal the calipers.

If the calipers are not leaking, I would not bother. The caliper can be masked so no paint gets where it does not belong and low temperature powdercoating should not bother the seals.

Incidentally, my calipers are repainted with normal auto paint and clear coating. Works great. The calipers do not generate enough heat to bother the paint and the clear coat goes over the decals.

Having had my calipers in bits I can confirm that there are no special Ferrari specific seals or pistons going on here on Brembo calipers. It is just that Ferrari chose not to sell them separately [like a lot of other parts]. Its likely to be so they can make more money selling complete calipers and pads...

I personally popped out the pistons (and you can pretty much do this on any caliper) and used an accurate measuring tool to confirm diameters of both the pistons and the seals.

As it happens for CS / F430 / Scuderia options Hills Engineering sell complete replacement pistons and seals replacing the nickel coated pistons (which corrode when scratched by dirt), they may also sell equivalent for 360 so worth checking with them.

If you already know the dimensions (Taz posted 38mm & 42mm) a simple google search on Brembo Caliper Piston seals will reveal many choices costing about $15 per seal.

Allen- I found mine on the internet (Ferrari brake decals) from several sources and bought about 50 so I could figure out what size I needed for my aftermarket calipers. The OEM decals are about 3" or a little less, so you can search for that size. Jason Godsil, one of our sponsors from Exotica Motorsports, offers a Ferrari caliper paint and decal service if you buy Brembo upgrades from him. He might be willing to sell you some decals. OEM was black lettering on all colors except for black calipers, which used white. We have all the OEM paint codes for the calipers if you need them. Images are from the 575M Scaglietti options catalog, which included some 360 and 456M options for no reason I can think of.

I have a set of refurb seals which I haven't used yet so I cannot say for sure that they are a perfect fit but the cylinder diameters are correct. The cost per caliper is less than a single "Ferrari" dust cover. They're for a Fiat Coupe - manufactured by Budweg

^ This. A knowledgeable source says that the Budweg pressure seals are high quality and used as standard equipment on at least 1 manufacturer's performance brake systems.

 

Taz, old thread i know, but you mention you have all the paint codes for the calipers. I need yellow. I noticed when i was searching eurospares for ccb calipers that there are 2 ellows. Description on one part number says yellow, on another it says modena yellow. Are there 2 different yellows? If so how do you know which color to get. Thanks

Lorenzo- There was only one yellow, but there was also a gold at one point. PPG code is 84028 and the color is Giallo Modena.

Gents, there is a late and early yellow. One is more of a mustard colour, and one is more vivid. The change was around the F430 era.

I don't have the codes as I went from the powder coat colour chart.
