Alright this question has been asked before, but there are new members and some people have gotten their cars back from the shop. So, where do you guys with P4's, GTO's, F40,Enzo's ect. park your car? I have always wanted an F40 but I just don't know if I would ever feel comfortable parking it ANYWHERE besides my garage. Resaurants ect? Anyone?

When the day comes that i own an Enzo, hopefully i'll have money to fix it if anything ever happens to it... So i'll be pissed if someone scratches it or bangs into it, but i'll park in the same places i park my Sebring... i know you wanted a real answer from a real owner, but WHEN i'm a real owner, that will be my real answer... :)

If someone scratched your Enzo, you'd only be "pissed" ? I think I'd start crying.

No way would I park it. Anywhere. Ever. There's always someone out there poised to ruin it for you.

i'm not perfect; i've fücked with peoples' stuff before in the past, i'm sure people will continue to fück with my stuff now, and in the future... What goes around, comes around, i can't help that, i can't prevent it... i can be pissed about it, buck up and move on...

You can't let the possibility of something ruin it for you... It's not like someone will DEFINITELY mess with your car everytime you go out, there's just the chance that someone MIGHT do something to it... You can't let stop you from enjoying life...

The reason I wouldn't park it? I'd be too damn busy driving the thing 24 hours a day at 150mph! :)

on a rare serious note, it is a problem...on a smaller scale, i had the same problem with my 360 spider....you can only go to a restaurant where they will let you park it yourself out front...forget any place with regular parking...one gust of wind to a car door opening next to you and wham!!!and once you have to get a ferrari door fixed and repainted...its the kiss of death i f you never want to sell it, never wind the pyschological trauma of the damage to you baby!!!!there were times i would have love to the take the f car, but i just didnt want to take the chance...and if i did, i was never relaxed...always looking over the car..i quess if you are bill gates, you dont care, just buy another one.

I just looked around but couldn't find them, but I saw some pics on another forum that showed a red Enzo in Miami parked on the street in front of a restaurant... it was roped off by yellow "caution" tape like the ones found at a crime scene. According to the photographer, there was a bodyguard standing by it as well. Seems like overkill, but can't say I blame the guy...

I just park mine (288) in whatever parking space is available. Sure, it could get scratched, but it gets sandblasted just driving along the CA highways. I don't believe mine has ever been scratched parking in a parking lot (and I drive mine frequently). However, it has been damaged leaving it the local Ferrari repair facility. Go figure.
