    Can I get to the plug on the ground or do I have to lift the Car

    IIRC it will help to lift the car. I haven't seen mine in many years , intact ever since I fixed the muffler mounting. But I had the car elevated at that time.

    From the ground. It should be between the airbox and the frame to the right.
