This is a lame question, but where in the owners manual do you find tire pressures? Ferrari manuals were easier to read pre-308, when they were only in one language.
You can also find that information on door sticker, on the door jamb. It'll list pressure whether you have the Pirelli or Bridgestones: Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Bridgestone Expedia S-01 36 psi front, 32 rear Michelin Pilot SX MXX3 27 psi front, 31 rear Pirelli PZero 32 psi front, 29 rear Goodyear "GS Fiorano" 38 psi front, 33 rear Hope this helps.
To answer the original question, the tire pressures for the 348 are shown in the Owners Manual on page G2 (listed only in bars). Edit: I was just reading the section about tires, and this made me laugh out loud: "The tires can sustain damage if they are driven with force against paving stones, over pot-holes and other obstacles and if one drives along uneven roads for longer periods. The tires never forget such treatment!"
