Fine for half an hour then jumps to third at lights then neutral then won’t select gear and it’s at 95% wear,it’s lasted 38000 klm Greg soo not too bad I guess [emoji849]
Yep. Taxis to the runway, enters the destination, and hits "start". The thump when the wheels hit the runway at the other end usually wakes him up.
Hey Pap just wondering if you know of anyone in Australia that rebuilds F1 actuators, I read a post from years ago, you were discussing it with the Americans as they have a couple of companies who refurbish actuators
Hi mate, Yeah, I was hoping to buy a used/****ed actuator from one of those guys so I could take a look to try and rebuild it here in Aus myself. The few owners I contacted didn't want to sell them to me lol. No idea why?? They were ****ed, they got them back from the w/shop and they were going to keep them lol. I wasn't interested in purchasing a new one and then taking it apart to see how it ticks lol. But yeah, strange times back then. I should try get onto someone now to see if they want to sell me one so I can play with it.
If I get hold of a knackerd one I’ll send it you for a play, I really think there’s going to be a real market for anything 1st generation F1 and if you see a 360 transmission buy it they’re rare as hens teeth [emoji12]
