Anyone know where Manny is? Whats the current strory on his Mondial?
The Mondial is currently at Norwood's. No idea where Manny is. James said the fire was caused by a screw that was drilled through the fire wall and punctured the gas tank. When Manny backed the screw out while cleaning the car, the gas leaked. I think its very fortunate he backed that screw out. That could have caused a problem at any time. Good thing it happened in the driveway and not on the road with wife and child in the car.
Wowsers! Didnt know this about the Mondial. I alway carry an extinguisher because of stuff like this. Hope its insured.
I got in yesterday afternoon from Dominican Republic. After visiting Puerto Rico from June 30th to July 3rd I made a stop in the Dominican Republic until the 9th. I took a whole bunch of pictures, visited family and gained perspective... I hope it lasts. Hope to see everyone tomorrow at SpeedZone.
The way it is going it would be a couple of weeks. Norwoods is waiting on some parts and the who knows how long the upholstery lady will take. After that it goes to Jano's... I can't wait to get it back

I have my fingers crossed for sometime in the middle of next week The upholstery seems to be taking longer than expected.
