Is the right paddle still for upshifts and left paddle still for downshifts? Is the clutch paddle the 3rd paddle on the steering wheel then? Or is the clutch paddle located where one of the shift paddles used to be? Where is it?

I'm pretty sure they are located below the shift paddles (on both sides).

I last saw a wheel in 2003, and that was the case.

As late as a couple of years ago the commentators on a race telecast were mentioning a few drivers who still used a conventional foot pedal. Not sure if I remember correctly, but one of them might've been JV.
