Where is the manual alarm reset on 355?

    Drove the ice cream car to dinner at our local club. Went to fire it up and the little battery in the key FOB was dead so the engine defeat mechanism would not reset. In the past when the battery is turned off then back on it resets. Well not this time. Had to go and get another battery for the FOB and it fired right up after the "beep, beep".

    I referenced the manual but no luck. Tried locking manually then unlocked and still no success. How or where is the manual reset?

    There is no reset. Instead you have a manual bypass.
    You should have received a code with the set of keys and fobs for your car.
    You enter the code by cycling the ignition switch the combination.
    i.e. for code 12465, you would cycle the ignition switch one time and pause. Then cycle it two times for the number 2 and pause. Then cycle it four times for number 4, etc. Very cumbersome.
    It is explained in a tiny book for the security system operation, not the regular owner's manual.
