    personally i wouldnt use a chip conversion!
    i would think about having a live mapping session (same as what all top end motorsport cars have done)

    i know of one company in blackpool (uk) who can do this for you! the company is called motorsport developments!

    the ecu's (yes there is two) in the f40 are weber P8's which is the same ecu as used in frod escort cosworths! this type of ecu isnt a plug and play set-up ( meaning you cant connect a laptop straight too it) so a complex emulation set-up is needed! "chip tuning" is just guesses its the best for you car! stear clear!
