where to find Cam gears for 308 2V carb'd

    when the cam siezed up the belt stripped the teeth on the cam gear. thus I need to find a cam gear. Based on price, I would like to find all four. Mine are plastic.

    ANy help?

    Okay,

    I think that all but the one that the cam siezed on is good. Does anyone have a Forward Head (bank 5-8) intake cam gear (I believe it is the one with the lip toward the engine) that they are interested in selling? Mine are plastic.

    I would recommend that if the funds allow it to replace all 4 as they will at some point break or crack & that could cause some serious damage. I have light weight 6061 T-6 ones in stock that are hard anodized to 50-55 Rockwell spec & have more cam adjustability than OEM ones or some of the other aftermarket ones.
