    What website is good to search for this? I tried Loopnet but for some reason its not working good.

    Grubb Ellis and Colliers International allow you to search listings via Loopnet too

    And, every local real estate agent is willing to introduce you to their commercial property division and likely put you on a computer-generated email list of every commercial property listing that meets your specifications and price limit.

    You'll get an email every time a new listing is filed and whenever some one lowers their asking price (so, in this economy, expect dozens of emails every month).

    Did you really want to know this info or were you here for social reasons? If it was the latter, then sorry to see ya got banned.
