I'm going to put on new rotors and pads so I would like to get the e-brake working while I'm at it but can't seem to find a source for pads. Anyone?

I also have a 97 355, rather than buying new shoes for the e-brake, I found them to be a little expensive, you may wish to consider rebuilding the existing shoes. Check around at your local brake shops, the rivets can be removed and new lining riveted on.

    Cheers

Do auto parts stores carry just the lining? Never heard of this method.

Not usually. But a brake specialist can have them relined.
