Before I order them - are they a common item used on other cars? The silver doughnut gaskets used on both ends of the converter. I tried to search but did not find a specific topic on this. Wish that parts interchange topic was searchable. Like 19 pages now. Have my converters gutted and need to have my welder weld the internal tubes tubes in. Have my old 2 can muffler and converters out. Difficult but not impossible. Took the dual can muffler out one section at a time. Will have my gutted and internally 403 stainless steel tubed factory converters and spider muffler in soon. Just need 4 new gaskets and the internal pipes in my converters tack welded. With more room it should be much easier to reinstall.

Will look OEM and should sound better than before. :)

Visit your local exhaust shop and buy some generic ones mate. :):)

    That or call Ricambi. :D:D

I priced some up from the Ferrari dealer located in Brisbane, they were $24 each!:eek:

I went to my local exhaust shop and found some. Paid $14.40 for 4. :D:D

Got mine from Daniel. Fast and not expensive. While you are at it, check your bolt threads and replace ones that look rusty and brittle. Again, cheap and fast from Ricambi. Replacing a few of these bolts now will save you some trouble later, believe me. After installing and uninstalling my cats and muffler set a few times, I was thankful for them! If you need trans or clutch work, then you're gonna have to drop the exhaust too. Think about it...

Bought OEM from Recambi. When I was working on the cats I could see how the OEM Ferrari gaskets had a somewhat fluid ability to compress around the pipes. That will help greatly in sealing the system from any leaks. I did not know if the auto parts places gaskets would be harder. All that I have used in the past were very hard. On the 348 part of the sealing occurs around the pipes. Not just on the faces of the steel flanges.

Should get it finished this weekend. Using my old bolts. I'll wire brush them and use some never seize. They rarely get any moisture. If I had the time I would send the OEM bolts out to be replated.

Like they say above, any muffler shop should have it, or try Daniel at Ricambi
Cost wise from $8.00 to $14.00 each
