Where to get second gears

to make those gears is no problem. the problem is to get the rings for the synchro. sure, you can remove those from the old gears, but mostly they get damaged a little but you still can laser weld those to the new gears

 

I removed the sychro ring from my damaged 1st gear. Drilled from the back with carbide drill 2 holes, and gently push the ring off with punch. The gear has a spline that the ring presses on. So the sychro rings can be salvaged.

 

@Melvok: If you google: 'tandwielen nederland' there are already six companies that produce sprockets and gears, and non of them can be more than 2 hours driving distance from central part of Holland;-)
But I'm currently having some sprockets made at a company in Gorinchem but some other companies might be able to make them (as well).
Just walk in there with your broken gear and discuss the problem and possibilities.

I did not like the wear on the teeths ... so exchanged the set for a oem F set I got cheap.

I will pick up some gears next month and than i will ask them if it would be possible to make these gears and what it would cost. Could you post a picture of the spline inside as well?
