    ... yeah emil, whats up with that? i read that at the paris show all 3 430s had the f1s. are they fazing out the manuals for sure? please advise oh great car one!

    The rumour I heard, and this is only a rumour, was that a decision was made that all 430s would be F1 and that no more manuals would be made. After all, if the F1 is good enough for the race program it's good enough for the street.

    When the decision came down, there was a mild revolt and limited production on the European cars would have manuals. No decision has been made on the US cars. This is all in-booth rumour from Ferrari staff in Paris, so who knows...

    The Gallardo is a nice car but not to pay anything near MSRP. Currently seeing ones with up to 2K miles and they are going for around $150K - $160K. I spoke to a few dealers after one told me about the Gallardo was tanking and they all have told me they are going for around $125K - $140K on the wholesale market with LOW miles (up to 5K Miles). I can not believe they are that bad. Well now I know where to stay away from.

    There's used to be a warning label on 911 Turbos. "This is an inherently dangerous product and should not be operated agressively" or soemthing like that.
