Where to meet them?

Hi. Sorry guys, this is not your typical car question, but I am sure someone can help me out. I have an IT business which provides software development, server solutions & services. MY company has been established well over 2 yrs, and we are dealing with a few clients. I've been trying to expand my business, but it's hard for me to get into many companies because I do not have much warm leads or direct introduction.

So the question here is: Where is a good place here in L.A. to meet some CEO, CTO, Director of IT, or high level executive type of personnel? I choose to meet them because only they will have the power to make the decision on whether or not to take my services. If not meeting these people, is there other good suggestion as to how I can initiate business with a company? (Of course beside just dropping off my name card and brochure.)
