looking at the vid i'd say its (1) to seriously annoy anyone behind you and (2) to lead you to believe you are some schumacher wannabe on the road

It's the perfect way to not attract attention. As if the car on its own didn't generate enough already.

Could you imagine the discussion after being pulled over with those lights flashing at the police officer behind you?

If it's a racecar experience you are looking for, drive around on public roads while wearing your helmet. At least that way, you aren't giving those behind you a reason to hate you.

I can't help but recall the Saturday Night Live skit/movie "Night at the Roxberry" with the two brothers going around from club to club, music pounding, and now with a new addition, the F1 LED in tow.

Well I thought at first that light was cool, but continuing to drive with it on is crazy... not to mention how distracting it must be for other drivers at night.

In addition, I would be concerned about getting pulled over and ticketed with some form of trying to impersonate an officer.

Finally, 4 cars racing together like that at night time is incredibly stupid. That corvette looked like he almost lost control several times.... and all those other drivers out there aren't expecting people to be messing around at such high speeds.... you are just asking for someone to get hurt.

If you're going to track your car and it has a practical application, then why not.

For the road... please don't - it's just not appropriate.

    All the best,
    Andrew.

    Almost. Horseshoes & hand grenades.

This thread is about where to get an LED light similar to the F1 version...not preaching about the dangers of street racing.
