What size of thread and where can one purchase these allen screws that fasten the rear diffuser in place?

I have one missing screw and two screws that are Phillip screws instead of flat allen screws.

Do you think Home Depot or Lowes would carry these?

    Thanks in advance

Try the local hardware store. Probably M6x1.00.

Another question, one of the holes seems to be striped out or the backing nut is missing. How to replace the missing nut? I can try tapping the hole first, but, I may have to replace the nut.

    Any help here appreciated

    Thanks,

They are rivet nuts that the screws go into - at least in my CS.. You will not be able to tap into the body as I recall it is composite so it will not hold. They are available as well as the allen head screws either from Ferrari or McMaster Carr. If I recall they are 6mm X1.00 and about 20 mm in length.
    Cheers

A screw that fits or one that looks OEM? If the latter call Daniel at Ricambi and he can hook you up. The former, you can get at most any decent hardware store.
