Where to sell a car in Worcester?

A friend's daughter recently graduated and is moving from Worcester, MA back to CA. They want to sell her car instead of move it. The car is nothing fancy, 2003 Audi A4 with 125K miles but it has been pretty well maintained. They want to be out of there in a week so no time to go through a lengthy sales process.

The question is: Where is a reasonable place that they can sell the car on a short timeline? By reasonable I mean fair (knowing that they need to make a profit) and they are concerned about safety since it is just the two of them out there right now.
