    Middle one looks nice to me, in this case I kinda like the badge on the plate.

    is just probably a nice small touch assuming you talking about the logo. I would totally go for that if they have it in US.

    The third one, totally standard.
    As said above, you don't need another Ferrari badge on the car, plus having that on the plate just gives the police a reason to pull you over.
