I'm new to the forum, though I've been monitoring the discussions for a few weeks and I would be really grateful for some help.
I bought a 360 last month and decided to leave it out in Utah, where we have a vacation home. Now that I'm back in Fla. that seems like a really dumb idea (duh!) and I want to ship it down. Any help on which carrier to use would be greatly appreciated. Also, any idea what the shipping charges would be from Utah to Fla?
Here are pictures I took before leaving http://homepage.mac.com/pdtrixceo2/PhotoAlbum1.html
    Thanks so much!
    Roger.

I suggest Horseless Carriage, which bills itself as the exclusive carrier for Ferrari NA. I used them to ship my 328 from San Jose to Cincinnati about 18 months ago, and they provided door-to-door service in 4 days of travel time, for about $1600, which was about the same as the other 2 or 3 carriers I queried. But, their insurance was a bit better.

Others will have different opinions, so I'm sure you'll find several suitable options.

By the way, on my way back from New York City about a month ago, I was driving west on I-80 around Patterson, NJ (I hope I have my geography right), and passed what must have been their headquarters, as there were lots of Horseless Carriage trucks in the lot, visible from the interstate. Having used them, I got a kick out of seeing their HQ.

Call Gary Almond at 240-994-1343 he is the best independant carrier . He uses a single car enclosed carrier and his service is beyond compare. He recently brought my 360 from Huntington Beach Ca. to my home in South Carolina in 3 1/2 days for a very reasonable $ 1800.00 fee.Several other members of this site have used him ( Tom F1 ) with similar great results. Do not use Schilli Transport, very unprofessional with any problems and unfair when it comes to claims.
