    It may be the policy of some mods to notify on moved, closed, or deleted threads. It isn't my current policy. Maybe except for deleted threads, they are all obvious to the user what happened. I do request mods leave a redirect for moved threads.

    I have my delete button on one-click! :D

    Read my next post, it is not our policy to notify when threads are closed. A mod can do it if they wish. If obvious why closed, I don't bother, if a grey area, I will PM the user or at least make the last post.

    I thought we had went through this growing pain about a year ago where you said that any thread that is closed, deleted or moved the thread starter will be notified. Does this ring a bell

    The big issues we had were not notifying banned users of their ban and reasons.

    On moved, closed, or deleted the current policy is just to make the last post, PM, or leave a redirect. So I don't ever see a notification on a moved and in certain cases that are obvious, no notification on closed or deleted.

    1) go look for yourself

    2) It does matter what you say. You are the admin.

    3)not every user the the one who starts the thread that would be moved,closed or deleted.
