Easy, boys. It's all in good fun. I'd probably not let anyone drive my theroretical Ferrari but that's just me.
You're correct Luis Peter, my post was accurate when I stated that it was $7,000 major but I should have added that some additional work was done while the major was in progress, such as replacing seals that were allowing engine oil to seep into my transmission fluid, and a new fuel pump. My mechanic called me as work progressed so I knew what was going on and I should add that I have been working with him for 6 years now so I do trust him. A "Major" here in the Metro New York area goes for $5,000-$6,000 so I am wondering what does a 308 major go for in Australia?
The only F1 driver who I would allow to drive my 456M is not on this list, but he was the Ferrari test driver for the 456, and he also owned one. Cheers, George
I wasn't ripped because I've never paid it. Mind you, after what he did with your 355 I wouldn't use your mechanic at any price!
His dad was driving it during Monaco GP week. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JJFW_syPw94]Pagani Zonda 760 LH - Lewis Hamilton's Epic Hypercar - YouTube[/ame]
