He was surprised at the number I was able to think of off the top of my head. This made me wonder about the number of F-chatters who have or currently use illegal substances. This post is anonymous and is probably more reflective of past use than current use.

What is amazing is how people will admit to what drugs they have taken, but a thread concerning what people do for a living will never get a serious answer...
Steve, that is becuase people don't search. Also people are afraid that it will somehow be an invasion of their privacy. There is a thread here I started eons ago about college education. It lists members, and wheere they went to school and their degrees. It is a good barometer for what people might be doing. No one likes a 18 year old coming and starting threads asking "how did you get rich?" You know how? BY WORKING! I got no magic formula, and neither do other exotic car owners (except some F chatters whose parents have old $$). Thus those threads are not taken seriously. Just my .02
Also, this is mostly an anonymous thread(anon for voters, public for those who wish to go into detail). Whereas the job threads are never anonymous.

When i was younger I tried everything. Weed, coke and acid were my three faves. Now days though all I do is drink some and smoke every once in a greatwhile.
i remember laughing for 8 hours solid while watching my friend melt into the carpet. boy i ached the next day.
Never did any of the drugs listed. When I was about 10 I used 4 tubes of testor's model glue on my first airplane model with the windows and door closed in my room. My mom came in with the last tube pretty much running down my forearms. She said 'What the hell is that smell? Do you like that smell...." I just said "Yes" I drank like a fish through high school and college, now just occasional drinking. BT
I'm 17 and proud to say that i haven't done any drugs or drunk any alcohol (apart from special occasions etc). I don't think anyone in my school could say the same as me. Like Schatten said, it doesn't interest me. I've got better things to do and better things to spend my money on.
