I'm analyzing a OBD cat. code that came up on my 98 355.
As you face the rear of the car, standing, hood open, looking at the engine, is the cat on the left "Bank 1" or "Bank 2"??
    Thank you.

Driver's side is bank 2, passenger side is bank 1.

What is the code you have?

    I'M READING P0422 CAT. BANK 1 AND P0432 BANK 1 CAT.

Weird thing is I had the passenger side cat replaced 2000 miles ago??
I figures it was the driver side....

These are the DTC's for the 360, most cross over to the 355. Are you certain you have the right diagnosis of the P0422 and P0432 codes? Looks like P0432 is for bank 2, and P0422 is (bank 1??) If indeed bank 2 cat is dead, I would want to find out why. Something upstream may be causing this...there is a description of what to look for in the DTC's, but don't overlook cam timing too.
