    as it relates to maintenance, I assume the 360 b/c the 12 in the 550, is that right?dogdoc

    Don't worry about maintenance, man! The two cars are so different, drive both and buy whichever model you have more fun in. Just make sure whatever you get was well cared for.

    The difference in maint. costs can't be enough to dictate which to get, as they are such vastly different cars. Still never driven a 550, but want to. No matter what you decide, be sure to get a Ferrari before you die. Nothing like it!

    360s sell for less, though not by much, and are slightly less expensive to maintain.

    Very different cars but both fantastic. I hope I can one day add a 550 to join my 360 in the garage.

    Night and day.

    Both are great cars.

    If you could put a V12 in a 360 but...

    I am a top down mid-engine guy. SuperAmerica but the engine is where BMWs put em (and Bentleys and Aston Martins, Jags et al).
