i am not completely up to speed on my lambo line-up. i know that the current murcielago iteration is the lp640, but i have heard it is lethal, so i would stay away from it. on the other hand i was fortunate to drive the first edition once a few years ago and found it to be rather easy (as mid engined supercars go). was there anything in between ? is it better than these two i just mentioned?

    lethal?

It is easy to drive. Light clutch, short shifts, power steering, front lifter, 4WD. +/- 600Bhp NA. What else can we ask for ;)

Any late model Lambo is easy to drive, parking is the only hard part.

No, nothing in between as far as different production models go unless you're talking dollars only (e.g. Gallardo spyder - more expensive than the early model Murcies but far less money than the LP-640).

The LP-640 is a refined version of the early model Murcielagos, and easier to drive IMO. Either Murcie is nothing short of an adrenhlin rush every time you drive them, and both can be extremely lethal like any exotic, it all comes down to driving skills and maturity/common sense.
