I like the F40 more. It's such a cool car. I haven't seen the F50 in person, but based on pictures the front end isn't my favorite.

Biased but F40 without a doubt. An icon and the last Ferrari over which Enzo said grace I am pretty sure

I used to think the F40 was much better looking than the F50 in it's open top form. However, with the Hardtop, I think the F50 looks more exotic, less dated, and overall better looking than the F40. I've grown to love the F50 as my favorite Ferrari, ever. However, I think the most beautiful Ferrari of all time is the 288 GTO!

I don't think either one is very pretty. I like the way the F40 is very purposeful - screw beauty, we're going racin'. The F50 seems to have been styled more intentionally but I don't care for the roundness of it.

    F40.

I'm with Spirot on the 288 better than either the F40 or F50.

i think most would agree the curves of the 288gto are better then either of these.....but this thread could use a poll, it'd be interesting to see the result of a larger number of votes from F-chatters

While I love the 288GTO, F40 and Enzo, the F50 is the best looking IMHO...

Why do so many think that Enzo's grace was worth while?

Enzo was a total arshat. Cared about his Ego and his racing cars.

    Didn't care about his family.

His racecar drivers were pawns to make him look better. If one died "who cares" there will be another one.

    Didn't care about customers.

    Didn't care about road cars.

I think Ferrari is a better company without him near it.

Compassion should run deeper than an Ego.
Compassion in cars should be about the design, production and end user.

    Of the two I'd choose
    288GTO :)

Does anyone have some really nice side-by-side shots of these two cars? That would help me decide! ATM, I will say F40.
