    Hello Gents,

    1987 328 GTS


    I ordered a new radiator switch (101507) and the sealing ring (101508). Two distinct part numbers.

    The parts arrived today. The switch (101507) unexpectedly came with its own sealing ring (aluminum crush type?) and the individual sealing ring (101508). See pic.

    Which ring would you use? I'll go with the winner based on the responses here!

    It looks like the vote is close so far. It does appear several precincts have not reported closing. The count could last till the end of the week.

    Technically they will both work but personally, I would use the non-aluminum washer

    Aluminum plus the steel radiator equals corrosion, I would use the fiber one!
