    With all the events going on in Houston I haven't posted in a while. So today I fired up a toy and went for a ride. I wore a pair of AE Strands in oxblood. I can tell you they barely fit in the pedal box of a Ferrari. I can also tell you if you're shifting from 2nd to 3rd and don't hit the gas pedal exactly straight on, a pair of Strands will quite nicely grab enough of the brake pedal to cause smoke to curl from all 4 tires. :D

    I fought it as long as I could. I broke down and bought the ugly shoes - Cole Haan ZeroGrand. I'm entering what I call "Conference Season". Over the next 6 weeks I'll spend a few consecutive days at a few different conferences at enormous hotels and have to walk what feels like 20 miles a day. My feet ALWAYS hurt at the end. I hope these are the solution. Don't love the looks, but then some of you guys wear Crocs! :D

    Man, not sure I could pull that off. The shoe, nor the conference walking. It's more of my feet not being able to breathe. Good wool socks will help. Invest in some Darn Tough socks www.gobros.com
