Beautiful white 328 GTS with red interior. Here's my question (I'm not buying it, too broke yet.) It's an 88 I believe, 13,750 miles. Looks GREAT. Almost flawless. I could count the rock chips on the front bumper on one hand. The seats are pristine. The paint is exquisite. Asking price? Here's where I choked. This can't be market value-- even for this nice of an example. $59,950.00 Seem a little high to you? That's TR/348 Almost 355 range. But then again-- it is pristine. It's for sale at www.buxtonmotorsports.com
It may be consignment. Wishful thinking on owners part. However 328 were selling for mid $60's not to long ago. If it's in pristine condition and low miles may be farely priced. Continetal has a low miles '85 308 for $48K if that gives any reference. I recently bought a '94 348 with 13K miles for mid $50's if that gives any further reference.
yeah, I was thinking that one in such friggin excellent condition could probably pull near that. No offense to 308/328 owners-- I absolutely LOVE 308 and 328, but I would definitely take the 348! Maintenance be damned! I'm almost starting to like the 348 over the 355. The TR flares on the side are beauties! Though, the rear on the 355 is prettier to me. God I'm torn! I could never be truly happy with just ONE Ferrari!
13,760 miles, 1989.5-- My bad. But LOOK at this thing!! So clean! The gentelman told me the (judge) that owned it brought it in MONTHLY to be detailed. I guess he detailed it even when he wasn't driving it-- classy.
White on red, tough resale. Not that it matters if you like the color, but might get mid $50's if it were red with tan.
Color is wrong but thats what its probably worth. Your not buying a 355 for that. Your buying a 348 or a 328 (1988-1989).
Those aren't the greatest pictures. If I had a 13,000 mile 328 "flawless", there would be many more pictures and more definition to the pictures. With the pictures that they have on their website, any car will look good.
LFSC had a nice white 328 a year ago or so. Pristine, as I was told. The guy had it up for sale multiple times, couldn't get over 40,000$ for it... I don't want to throw too many rocks as I live in a glass house (I have a white testarossa), but white on a 328 doesn't do it for me. I suppose others will say the same about a white testarossa, cest la vie... LFSC did say he had a b8tch of a time selling it...
For $59,950 they should throw in another of their inventory items- the red beaver coat. http://www.buxtonmotorsports.com/26.htm until you've had a red beaver you ain't had chit.
If that was the black with tan 328 at LFSC, I looked at it and it was a little rough. I don't remember the miles, but I think mid to upper 20K. I would still think it would have gone for more than $40,000 though.
