Wonder if the driver used the front lift and then just left it up. It appears like its been raised looking at the wheel well. Otherwise ouch indeed.

I thought by default the lift automatically goes down when car is turned off? At least that's how it is in my 458 and 488.

You're absolutely right. It does deactivate when engine is shutoff. I have read in the manual that if you hold the lift button down for 10 seconds prior to engine shutoff it will stay up. I have never tried it.

 

OMG the plastic tray under the car might have a scratch!

Did this car have Texas plates? I'm pretty sure it's the same one I saw in Aspen a few weeks ago.
