So I went to see "The Grudge" last night with the lady. Scary movie. Creeped me out. What creeped me out more than the movie, however, was the trailer to the movie "White Noise." I was watching it, and listening to the creepy-arse recordings of ghosts, and I thought "This is a really well done trailer! It's creeping me out!" Little did I know that all of the recordings used in that trailer are genuine (well, genuine in the sense that they were discvoered by E.V.P. experts). "Get out of my house. Get out of my house." Yikes. I pooped my pants. www.aaevp.com has a bunch of E.V.P. recordings. Wacky, crazy, scary a$$ stuff. I'm afraid to punch the clown now, as some old dead bat is probably watching me and screaming at me to stop in some really low frequency.
I saw this trailor a while back as well, and I agree, it was disturbing to say the least. Unfortunately, the movie won't be released for a good few months yet. Hopefully it will make the preview seem like childs play. What's even odder, is that I don't even believe in that sort of stuff, and yet it still creeped me out. Does that mean I'm really a believer? Or rather, is it the idea of the subject matter being true that is scary? -DC
i saw a preview for it at the premiere of Friday Night Lights, it looks really good and creepy. Also saw a preview for the ring 2 which also looks creepy, i know i was shaking in my boots during the first one.
Keaton rocks too... although the demon-looking images are a bit out of place IMO, since they are dead 'people.'
