    My 488 build goes final next week and I'm conflicted on whether to get the two tone roof on a white car. Most of the white coupes I've seen have the black roof which looks great but for 14$k plus another 1k to keep the black scratch free with a clear XPEL seams a bit silly since I could just do a wrap in the first place. I wonder if this two tone roof is more of a fad or if anyone has experience with this? I've always had red FCars so this white car thing is new to me but I just dont love the 488 in RCorsa.

    Keep it white and do a vinyl wrap in either matte or gloss black. That way, you can change your mind depending on your mood. Use the money you save to do a FULL car XPEL wrap.

    I say keep it body color. The black roof cars will go down as a fad 20 years from now that won't age as well in my opinion...

    go with bianca italia white for the car and just wrap the roof, then you can see if you like it or not. If you paint it from the factory you are stuck with it, unless you want to pay to have it repainted.

    Bianco Italia is an awesome colour and go for the Wrap, it could be a deal clincher later, but Bingo you can peel it off :)

    Same car, same issue. I currently have white 458 with black roof and love it but at almost 14k I too am thinking of wrapping roof. Tired of getting completely ripped by Ferrari !

    I agree, I think I was over 2k just to have the factory paint the section white behind the Cavalino at the front not forgetting the Bianco Italia cost :):)

    I think the black roof with white exterior looks great. I have no experience with wraps, however if it does not look plastic, would be the way to go.

    I think the gloss black roof looks great with any color. And go with the wrap!

    Black looks great. Assuming you dont live in a hot climate where a black roof could be uncomfortable on hot sunny days.

    Wrap is mychoice.

    Don't you get a better deal for the black roof when choosing a high-priced colour like Bianco Italia?

    I think I had heard about deals in such instances; they are saving the precious BA.

    I don't think this will go down as a fad any more than white cars are a fad. I think the black roof looks good.
