Not me, but a friend got nabbed for speeding in Work Zone by a NYS Trooper.

Anyone know what the traffic court is like in Westchester County?
They cut deals, or is it like the hanging judge in Staten Island?

not too bad... unlike nyc courts, the judge actually listens to your story. most of the time, before court is in session, you will be approached and given an opportunity to plead guilty to a lesser speed or fine so the court will definitely get the revenue and more cases can be heard in a day. plenty of traffic court lawyers to defend you if you want to plead not guilty. good luck

I represent clients there regularly. You don't need a lawyer. Go in and talk to the cop before court. Give him the "come on, please" defense. You'll probably get an offer you can live with. If you want to discuss further, feel free to PM
