Does anybody know this Speciale? This thing looks hot. I love white 348's & 355's especially SS's. The Challenge wheels look great as well. If I was in a better financial position this baby would be mine. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I forgot to post the link.....Doh!! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1993-FERRARI-348TS-SPECIALE-ONE-OWNER_W0QQitemZ280228853071QQihZ018QQcategoryZ157043QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
According to the VIN it's verified as number 57 of 100, white and black, Ts. I have no other info on the car except its beautiful. You have to love that 1 owner thing also.
That baby is gorgeous! I lust after the Challenge wheels and they really make this car. White is kind of lack luster otherwise. I hope someone buys it from these boards. 51000 miles, wow, the owner must really like this car. I could see myself putting on this many miles too. I love these SS cars.
Looks like this car is also listed on FNA web site as below: 1993 348 Speciale, s/n 95114. White/black. 51,159 miles. One owner since new. Always dealer serviced. Set up as for a 348 Challenge car. Engine-out belt change two years ago. Sony radio. Three platinum awards and two Coppa Bella Macchina awards. Car recently resprayed and detailed due to ex-wife keying it. Engine and clutch rebuilt six years ago by Lake Forrest Sports Cars; presently serviced by Cauley. Credible track time, never raced, including two Coppa GT attempts. Two extra sets of wheels, one of them a set of magnesium Challenge wheels. Also an eight foot Trailex aluminum trailer with wheelrack. Full set of Schedoni luggage. Neal Wilson (313)874-5735 (MI).
yup, its stunning. They've been trying to sell it for a few months since it first appeared on the FCA newsletter classifieds in april I think, maybe march. Only showed up online recently
Beautiful example, someone's going to get a very tasty 348. Hopefully someone on the board here. Only thing it needs is for the targa roof to be white to exemplify the lines. It will be interesting to see what it goes for. C'mon Brothers step up to the plate. Personally, I kick myself for not going for that amazing 355 from Houston that was offered a few months ago. White is so very unique and expressive for a Ferrari.
Keyed by ex-wife!! Holy cow! I saw this on e-bay yesterday. Not a big fan of white. My wife did not like it either. Wonder if she would key my black 348? Nah.
That does look good with the white rims. Now if the top was painted to match the body color, that would finish it off perfect.
