Who are these guys anyway??

Anyone notice that these characters always seem to have a red, black and yellow 430 for sale everywhere you look? ebay, FerrariAds and I'm sure in Dupont too. It's been going on for months. I'm guessing it's the same people each time. Can anyone fill us in as to what their deal is or isn't?
