    That's exactly it. ;)

Yea...I hope their handicap drops sharply over the summer....at least then something productive will have happened. They made it a tough series, though.

    Alright.....now GO CANUCKS!! GO SENS!!!

Another Sabres fan checking in. That team is a blast to watch and they have so many weapons, they will be tough to beat.

That said, I hope that Ottawa can dispatch NJ and Buffalo can get rid of the Rangers to set up an Ottawa/Buffalo Eastern Conference Final. That would be a great series.

Well, I hope the opposite of what you are hoping for, go Devils and Rangers. It would be amazing to see NJ/NY play against each other and it would be possible for fans to attend every game easily.

Double overtime baby! This is what hockey is all about. Ferraro needs to learn to be a little more objective though. Quit whining!!

I thought about that possible matchup right after I typed that. That wouldn't be so bad either, if Buffalo doesn't advance. In the meantime, I just hope every series goes 7 games so I can watch as much hockey as possible :D

The only thing Edmonton Oilers and Calgary Flames players are fighting over now are tee times :(. I guess I spoke too soon about Calgary. Next year, we need a Drury or Briere to match up with Iginla and an Instigator like Roberts. Oh well Go Canucks I guess.

How about those Sabres? Pretty crazy the way they won Friday night with Drury and only 7.7 seconds left to tie it, then Maxim in OT.

Then yesterday with Hecht's deflection as the game winner. Pretty impressive.

The Stanley Cup Conference and Cup Finals should be great with the Ducks vs Red Wings(just a hunch that they will close out the series) and the Sabres vs Senators. No matter who wins, the Cup Finals should be great, too.

    Let's go Buffalo!

Sabres vs Sens WILL be the Stanley Cup because whoever wins that series is going to win the cup!

I'm betting on the Senators, if Emery can stay sharp they should take it in seven.

The Rangers couldn't come close to skating with Buffalo yet almost won.....The Senators can skate all day with Buffalo and is just as deep, not to mention they cruised past New Jersey.

    Go Sens!

I had been hoping for the Sens/Sabres series once the playoffs started. Now I still can't wait.

The Rangers were no pushover. They did a great job getting Buffalo off of it's gameplan. I also think the Rangers had one of the best records in the NHL after the halfway point, so they were playing much better than their seed.

Then again, it is a little scary how easily Ottawa beat the Devils. I have to hand it to you there.

I hope you are right that whichever team wins the Eastern Conference will win the Cup, but with Detroit still looming, they can always win it. You have to be wary with them around.

Too much Sens love in here. Hopefully Buffalo will get over this amnesia and remember how to play like they were earlier in the season and what got them the President's Trophy. If not, it looks like they are headed home :(

Dan - Do you have the Versus network? It should have been on that. Also CBC had the game on too.
