The front discs on my 360 need to be cut slightly.
Can anyone recommend a good machine shop in South Florida which performs "round cut" (special cut used for drilled discs)?.

IIRS you just need a shop that has a machine capable (most machines can with the proper tooling) of of negative rake cutting.
You can also do it on a lathe that has a big enough swing.

Yes, a special cutting machine is needed for high performance drilled/slotted discs.
The majority of machine shops perform a standard cut which severely affects these discs. Therefore, the correct procedure is so called "round cut". I am trying to find a reputable shop in Dade/Broward that can do this without creating additional damage.

If you're in the South Florida area, you can contact PE (Precision Exotics), they're located in Margate and have their own machine shop as they also make custom parts, which I have some on a couple of my cars, they're machining quality is superb.

However; I would not recommend it on a 360, they're already thin as it is and while they may be cut I'm willing to bet they will probably end up getting warped since it doesn't have enough material to dissipate the heat.

Prices have come down considerably on those rotors so I would just consider swapping them out.

I had an '04 and I ended up just replacing them, I felt they were too thin to even mess with.

But give them a try, they may or may not do. Very honest group, I take all my cars to them.
