We all know it's signed by Pininfarina but who penned those magical lines?
as somewhere I read it was designed by the same guy who penned the Rolls Royce Phantom.
    is that true?
    what is his name?

More like what were their names ?

At Ferrari it was Ingegnere Maurizio Rossi (any bloodlines to Valentino ??? ) who was the head of the experimental dept at Maranello back then.

And at Pininfarina it was a team of seven designers lead by Leonardo Fioravanti. The design of the Tr started as far back as early 1978 FYI.

    thanks for the link
some european magazine reads: Ian Cameron was choosen to give birth to the new Rolls Royce because he designed the Testarossa back in 1984.
...since the name Cameron doesn't sound any Italian that's why I came here asking.

    From my website:

"Among the members of the design team were Ian Cameron, Guido Campoli, Emmanuele Nicosia and Diego Ottina. After more than three years of designing, it finally was Emmanuele Nicosia's design which became reality."

Leonardo Fioravanti is the guy I think was most responsible for the 308 too.

Are they designing F-cars by Italian firms again, or are they still Japanese designed?

I'm not trying to start a Carbon type flame war, just that I've been away for awhile, and don't I remember.
