i wondered who everyday useable the modena is. how much space is in it (enough for two golf bags)? is it as useable as a 911 carrera? does anyone of you use the modena as an everyday's car? what about snow and rain? does it have problems with weather?
has anyone of you thought about owning just one car, nothing more than a ferrari 360

    please post your comments!

    see ya

Have my 360 for a week and intend to drive it at least 3 times a wk. Just made a four hour drive and it drove fine. I don't think there is enough room for one golf bad let alone two (I guess you can fit it behind the seats but I haven't tried it yet)...

There is barely enough room for two small travel bags...(ok...hers is more like a suitcase..). Can't answer the inclement weather inquiries...and don't intend to have my 360 as the only car.

IMO, 360 can be a daily driver if you feel comfortable of where you park the car and if you feel safe driving the car in snow (?) and rain. I put approximately 5000 miles a year and sometimes I drive it everyday, but never park the car where it may be out of site for too long.

And yes, you can fit a golf bag behind the seats. The promo video by Ferrari showing Irvine and Schumi driving the 360 certainly shows Irvine fitting a golf bag behind the seat. You could even fit two if you stack them. Definitely a gorgeous and different ride when you drive up to the country club.

I am not sure if it would be my only car. It is just not practical to take it for grocery shopping, or picking up the laundry, unless you have a butler who takes care of those chores for you.

I have a friend who has a 360, and takes it to the golf club with his set of clubs. Dont know about two sets though.

The 360 is designed to be daily usable like a Carrera, this was Luca De Montezemolo's objective. It is certainly up to it in terms of reliability and refinement.

The question is whether you would want to leave it parked like you'd leave a Carrera; People don't take much notice of Porsches like they do Ferraris. The 360 is very wide; it will get doors banged into it in car park spaces.

Its also a question of money; servicing on a 360 will be much more expensive.

And if you put lots of miles on a 360, it will be depreciate quickly. People will by Porsches with lots on miles on because they are used to it, but people still prefer Ferraris with low miles.

    Robert.

I take my 360M anywhere wherever I have to go out of New York City. Car is very reliable and can be used in my opinion as an everyday driver. PLUS, this is the only car I have in NYC.

I golf weekly and the car can easily fit 2 sets of golf bags with clubs behind the seats.
