Hi all, Please don't let this one turn into an ethical debate about polluting the environment! I just wanted to take a poll: Who has Tubi test pipes on his 348? Do you also have the Tubi muffler to go with them? Okay, here's the important question... what warning light issues have come as a result of fitting the test pipes? (I am told to check the thermocoupler and lambda sensor in each bank of cylinders before fitting them... I actually have no idea what these things even do.) PS I still haven't found a used Tubi for my '92 348... any leads? Please send me a private message. Also looking for test pipes
A friend of mine has a 348 spider with a Tubi and test pipes. I think it sounds great! There are some occasional popping sounds during deceleration, caused by unburnt gas that the cats would normally burn up. There's lots of sources for test pipes and I have sent you a PM regarding a used 348 Tubi for sale.
