    I just drove my 360 spider F1 for the first time this weekend (after a belt service from Ferrari of New England) and it is great. It has a Capristo exhaust (level 3 I believe) that sounds awesome, but to me it is a bit loud. I was told by the dealer it is a little bit louder than a Tubi, but very similar in sound to the Tubi (just a bit louder). It is amazing in a tunnel. I have seen other exhaust threads on Fchat that equate the Capristo to a Tubi NGT system. Though it is great on the open road, I live in quiet neighborhood and dont want to be the guy with the loud ferrari, especially when coming home during the week after 11 pm.

    Does anyone have a standard Tubi on a 360 spider around the Boston area that I can come by to hear sometime this spring (when it gets nicer out)? I am considering swapping the Capristo for something a little quieter and am curious as to how a basic Tubi sounds and more importantly to me, how loud or quiet it is. Ironically, I have also not heard a factory exhaust either and would like to hear that to compare to the Capristo and Tubi.

    I have an Ansa on my 308 - Try not to be too early or late in my neighborhood. When I asked a neighbor if it was too loud he responded that it was but he liked hearing it. I then started a series of drives for my neighbors and still take them out for a ride from time to time as the opportunity presents itself - never heard a peep from them in the last 4 years.

    :) Unfortunately you are now the guy with the loud Ferrari in the neighborhood whatever exhaust you have.

    In the summer my wife can hear me from about a mile away if she's outside when I'm on the way home. Its simply such a disctinctive sound, and that's with the stock Stradale exhaust in stock setting (ie with the vacuum pipes still connected), and driving up local roads at 30mph.

    I had a 360 with stock and then base-Tubi before and whilst the Tubi is a deeper nicer tone neither could be considered quiet compared to any regular car.

    FWIW I just turned down a Stradale NGT exhaust having been in a CS with one fitted as it was too loud and resonant at low speed.

    I personally like the vacuum switch on the stock exhaust, since its somewhat manageable at low rpm, and mentally loud at high rpm :)

    The stradale exhaust is now the stock exhaust on the 430 (muffler anyway).

    Oh and by the way when I start the car early in the morning, the rev flair built into the CPU makes me cringe as I've no dount woken up the neighbors.

    I went to FoNE today and heard both the Tubi and the stock 360 exhaust. The stock is quiet - about as loud as my 993 Cabriolet that has the motor sound package (Porsche offerred a sound package that makes the engine rumble more and is a bit louder), while the Tubi is sort of a comprimise between stock and the Capristo. The Tubi sounded like a Capristo, just quieter, but the sound was quite similar. My guess is that since so many people replace the stock 360 exhaust with a Tubi or some other brand, there are many stock exhaust available for purchase rather cheap. I may go this route. Thanks for the feedback and suggestions.

    Anyone want to trade a mint condition Capristo Level 3 I have on my 360 for a Tubi?
