    I'm still working on my photos from the 2017 Austin GP. Came across a Toro Rosso car, which run in the first practice session on Friday: #38 with a driver name of GEL

    Who is that?

    First I was thinking Gasly but that's spelled differently and the guy has a different number.

    So who was this mystery driver?
