Ok, so lemme get this straight. The Wang from the U.S is the Computer Associates Wang. What does the Wang in Britain do?

these cars are out of my reach now but i do love to study the engineering involved

its artwork to an engineer

wish i could meet Mr and Mrs Wang one day and listen to their racing and collecting history , lots of golden knowledge there , its a pity there were not more books around on these things

the small detailed bits of knowledge from previous owners , mechanics , race drivers etc may all seem unimportant to them at the time but such things should be documented and saved for posterity

the history on these cars is worth more than money folks

 

Anthony was the President of CA for many years and was installed there by his brother Charles who was the companies founder.

This from Wikipedia so take it for what its worth.

In 1979, three years after CA's founding, Wang had installed his older brother Tony, a one-time corporate lawyer, as president and COO. Tony held the position until his retirement in 1992 to make way for Sanjay Kumar, who joined CA via its 1987 acquisition of archrival Uccel Corporation.

When Anthony left the Company (retired i believe) he was replaced by Sanjay Kumar who was also an avid Ferrari collector. Sanjay went on to replace Charles as CEO and eventually went on to become chairman.

I currently own one of the ex Kumar cars so did a little digging after my purchase.

Brandon Wang is one of the worlds largest producers of disposable baby diapers.

 

Pampers, so to speak.
And there are millions of people named Wang on this planet. It is like Smith or Miller.
There is no relation between Anthony W. Wang (Long Island/NY) and Brandon Wang (UK). Except that both own/owned Ferraris.

The majority of the Wang Ferraris are now gone. This LM (#6119) was sold November 2009 by the Wang's.
