    I'm coming from Greenville, South Carolina. I'm going through Dayton - long time friend just had first baby. MapQuest estmates a direct route(first picture) at about 530 miles, 8.5 hours. The route I will be taking(second picture) is right at 600 miles and about 10 hours. Who else is driving and from where?

    I did the Boca Raton to Dayton to Indy drive last year. Too much.

    This year I am just flying to Dayton, spending time with a college buddy, and flying back out of Dayton. Dayton is my home town.

    Last year I did Milwaukee to Indy. The drive wouldn't have been that bad (only about 4 hours) had I not had to leave at just the right time to go through Chicago rush hour traffic. If I was able to, I would have done it again this year.

    I drove Boston - Montreal - Indy - Boston last year, right around 3,000 miles in my CS. Not repeating this year, but am in Montreal right now with the CS. Just going back to Boston after this year :-( Plenty of other f-car events for the summer mind you!

    I used to drive straight through nonstop from New Orleans, 825 miles, until the race started falling around my anniversary and was informed of our travel changes! ;)

    i'm driving from panama city beach about 800 miles. i'll be driving the 308, into and out of the trailer ;-).
