It's a relief to know there will be somewhere to go for all that last-minute shopping! "Would you like a gift receipt with that?"

That's no joke! I had to buy some wrapping paper out of desperation Xmas eve last year at Walgreens (or Rite-Aid, or one of those), and there were seriously about 20 people in line around 11:30pm. Beggars can't be choosers I guess!

also think of it this way, over 1400 stores open on christmas and christmas eve, say there is about 10 people working per store, thats 14000 employees forced to work on xmas and xmas eve, and not be with family, i went there last year and talked to the cashier, and he was so pissed off because he had to go to work, while his brothers and sisters and mom and dad celebrated xmas

I'm way, way, way behind. That's what you get when you work without an assistant!

So far, all I have is a CD for my wife and a book for my dad. Let the shopping begin!
