If you havent made this event before I would suggest you do. This is a cant miss Ferrari event for the New Orleans area. Main page: http://www.frenchquarterclassic.com/wp/ 1 pm French Quarter Grand Prix at NPR on Sat Nov 3rd: http://frenchquarterclassic.com/wp/?page_id=4 Mitchell
I'm making plans to be there. One of the fun things for me is hanging around Windsor Ct on Thursday and watching the transporters unload.
I will be there for sure. It's sad that there is no Concorso this year in the Quarter, but two days at the track may even be better! Flash
Bob, We will only be spending one day at the track. There is an updated schedule which is currently on the website and reflected a few other places. The big public event this year is the track!
I can't make it out to the track. I was hoping there would be a show on the southshore but since there isn't this year I may just drive around and see what cars I can see one day.
Todd, I am going to try and get to NPR before noon. That way we should have an hour to walk around and look at the cars before the 1:00 PM race starts. 9:00 am Ferraris Arrival at No Problem Raceway 1 pm French Quarter Grand Prix: Open to all Ferrari Challenge Cars We don’t have anyplace set up to meet but I will let you know if that changes. You could just call my cell# when you get there. So I find myself without a nice sports car to take to the race and the kicker is the wife won’t let me take her new MB. Mitchell
I will be at the track on Saturday, but I will miss the Concourso that they usually have on Saturday. The best was when they had the Concourso at Long Vue House.
I agree that Long Vue was a great location, but the classic French Quarter balconies on Royal St. never looked better than when reflected through the paint of a shiny F-Car!

I agree that the French Quarter is a great setting, but they had a lot more cars when it was at Long Vue. Does anyone know why are they not having the Concourso this year?
Working in Canal Place, I can see the Windsor Court. There is one transporter unloading as I look/work. Hope my firm understands that my billable hours will suffer the next 3 days.
