Maybe we need another 'bubble thread' to cover the IPO.

 

Just bought 100 shares @ $56.35. Now I'll see what it's gong to take to get a paper certificate. Ha Ha.

 

My broker said it's $150 to get the paper certificate... that's what the Transfer Agent charges (my broker doesn't charge anything for that service).

no, have shorted off and on via calls as the borrow rate is high.....

has not been profitable to say the least....

 

So far I have made a few $hundred.

that sold the open was ipo stock - i forgot where it opened. i started shorting in the 50's i think

 

Held on to the 100 shares I bought for $56.35. Today it's trading at $69.02, plus I got a ~$50 dividend last year. Just eyeballing the results that's around a 23% return over 18 months. Still get a kick out of seeing Ferrari NV on my monthly brokerage statement.
