Kudos to Shawn Sossner, my service adviser at Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale, who always manages to make me feel good about parting with the $6K for my compression test and annual powertrain warranty.
Bought my 812 from Hank in Ft. Lauderdale and since the dealership opened in Naples I have a SF90 Spider on order. Worked with Nick in Naples and he is first class. Hank was very proactive in our dealings on the 812. As an aside Ft. Lauderdale provides the most swag I ever received after purchasing a F car (bought 3 from Algar in Philly and all I got was a key ring and a hat). Ft. Lauderdale gave a very nice Ferrari gym bag, a 3 night stay at the Boca Resort, a very nice red Ferrari coffee canister plus a couple other neat gifts.
My last free service is this year March 31 st , Away on a movie till end of April Ferrari denied me an extension, Was always going to stay with dealership for service now will look for an independent, Can’t deal with the corporate B/S that. Ferrari has become.
30 day grace is standard. Check with others…….I know. Ferrari Central Florida is my home. Service at Ft Lauderdale was amazing (paint warranty). Of course Shelton when it was , was the gold standard
Ferrari of Ft Lauderdale, Simply said, they have the best personnel. From the sales department, Rick F, Hank C and Dave, wonderful individuals. The service department has an amazing director, Gabriel C.. Service advisor Cesar is amazing. Parts director Robert is extremely knowledgeable and a true professional.. I trust Ferrari of Ft Lauderdale with my Ferrari for years. Owner Hayim has a world class organization…. Hats off to him… Ray
Have been away for 4 months working on a movie for Sony, during that time my FF service window was necessary to fill no leeway from Ferrari, No problem for Ferrari FtLauderdale they picked up the car serviced it detailed it and returned it with its tender plugged in. Great dealership you get what you pay for.
I haven't had much experience on the sales side of Ferrari dealerships (I've always purchased from whichever dealership had the right car) but Ferrari of Central Florida's service department is top notch. They've always pulled through and treated me well in my 11 years experience with them. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk
Super Speeders just posted a video of a 458 ppi that was terrible from a FL dealer. Missed tons of obvious, like really obvious damage.
I had a terrible experience with the first one. The kid running the dads business was lazy& ppi was butchered Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
